Co-founder of eScript Systems™. Developed patented and patent pending biometric signature authentication inventions. Senior management experience with two top 10 pharmaceutical companies, equity partner for software development company in predictive modeling and data mining in healthcare that sold to public company and Vice President of business development roles for public traded health service companies in the USA. Mr. Maynard has published numerous white papers on identity proofing and has been a keynote speaker at multiple conferences. He has created value for the company by having it recognized by the State of Texas as top 4% of companies with breakthrough technology and New Product Innovation of the Year Award from Frost and Sullivan. Mr. Maynard has helped to create, manage and nurture 9 early stage companies and has been a proven performer in developing successful products and teams in early stage and Fortune 500 companies.

Senior Technical Architect – Mr. Chad Steen, is a Dallas based professional with over 20 years as an architect, engineer, developer and consultant to various companies and NPOs. As a specialist, Mr. Steen has seen to the success of over a dozen start-ups in the US, including ISPs, retailers, wholesalers & restaurants. Utilizing his penchant for graphics arts, as a developer, Chad has spent time perfecting an overall skill-set ideal for UI/UX, primarily for business applications. Mr. Steen holds numerous certifications in both hardware and software including from Microsoft, Cisco, Novell, Adobe and HP.

Senior Technical Analyst – Mr. Ron Kerkenaar has over 25 years experience dealing with all aspects of Information Technology.  Performing analysis, design, management and deployment on various sized projects ranging from individual users to multi-location large scale environments.  He has been involved with software design & development, hardware, infrastructure, deployment, support, and other aspects for Royal KPN N.V., Heineken International, Pecoma Business Technology B.V., and a wide variety of smaller companies.  Mr. Kerkenaar has also been in charge of building and managing of co-located off-shore servers for on-line gambling before UIGEA was enacted.  Ron also never stops learning about new technologies to stay informed in this fast-paced world, and in his personal time contributes to selective open-source projects as a developer, tester, and in some cases project owner.
