Mr. Scott has a proven record as a successful leader, inventor and entrepreneur.

EVP & Chief Operations Officer – Mr. Bill Morgan BSc Mr. Morgan has 20+ years experience leading major business growth and transformation initiatives relating to Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) around the world.  He is known for raising growth funds and achieving corporate results by aggressively driving the convergence of human capital, business processes and complex technologies.  As an active investor, he has served in executive leadership roles as CEO, CSO, COO, EVP and Partner during growth phases for many portfolio companies in the management & technology consulting, security software applications and integration space.  He brings a comprehensive background in security, is an active member of the Security Industry Association and other international standards bodies with the development of interoperable products.  Prior to joining BSI, Mr. Morgan served as a Senior Technical Advisor on behalf of the World Bank to oversee the design, development, commissioning, staffing and operations of the Rwanda National Data Center (Tier IV architecture) and the security of those technology assets and services housed within this significant Kigali facility.  It currently operates, manages and protects over $380+ million USD of broadband technology assets supporting the East African Community.

Vice President of Marketing – Ms. Cindy Maynard BA Ms. Maynard is a co-founder of BSI and a veteran in creating growth and market value for five early stage and start up companies. Her expertise spans the development of marketing materials, strategic marketing plans, systems development, research, contracts, customer support and sales. Largely from her efforts she was instrumental in driving new business to over 300% growth by developing new customers for a start up. Ms. Maynard has also worked for an educational software company, Toronto Star, Proctor and Gamble and IBM.

Director of Marketing and Media – Ms. Stephanie Piche BS Ms. Piche has extensive rainmaking and marketing experience and has launched many (35+) leading edge technology products. She has been on the Internet since 1994 and has pioneered successful sales and marketing campaigns using innovative technology tools to build presence as well as incorporate social media to develop word-of-mouth as part of a go-to-market strategy. She has spent 10 years working in Silicon Valley with several start-up technology companies, leading teams to develop Retail, Identity Management, Supply Chain, and Network Infrastructure Technology (SaaS) platforms while building brand experiences that provided quantifiable bottom line results. She’s also worked on the launch of four iPhone / iPad apps with GeoLocation and Publication / Magazine functionality. Stephanie has received the Presidents Club award from IBM, Under the Radar Audience Choice Award,  Listed in the Top 50 Tweeples on Twitter; founder/president of a NY National Association of Female Executives (NAFE) chapter, founder/president of the itSMF Portland chapter; and industry speaker: WITI, Silicon Valley Marketing Group, Int’l Newspaper conferences, Digital Hollywood as well as a marketing contributor to MediaPost online and other industry related publications.

Director of IT – Mr. Spencer Davis BSc, CCNA, CCNP, MCP Mr. Davis has 14 years experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting high secure Cisco / 3Com / Enterasys / Nortel networks in prototype and production level LAN / WAN / Wireless environments for the US Federal Government and large corporations. He also exercises expert level knowledge in Windows / Linux operating systems and infrastructure design.

Senior Software Engineer – Ms. Carol Eaton BSc, MSc Ms. Eaton has 7 years experience as a software engineer for NEC. She was involved in web and client/server development at NEC, delivering telephony solutions to enterprise clients using the .NET platform.
