BioSig-ID WinLogon™ Solution BioSig-ID WinLogon solution is a Windows® GINA filter, which adds on the BioSig-ID technology besides the username & password to authenticate and log the user into a Windows Domain Controller or Windows Server. Most often a users PC is always on and vulnerable to access from fellow workers or contractors. Theft of laptops is also a major way criminals obtain personal and corporate information. Even though many companies use encrypted databases to reduce the ability of criminals to obtain classified information "back door" it is not enough. The "front" door is open as PINS and passwords are no longer adequate security and are a large reason for data breeches. This is where BioSig-ID WinLogon™ can play a huge role in mitigating the loss of personal and corporate data. Like BioSig-ID Online, the WinLogon solution only allows registered users who authenticate their ID, access to their PC's. If the user is the wrong person access is impossible as they cannot reproduce the rightful owners "biometric signature". Even if the criminal has the right PIN or password, they are not granted access as they cannot authenticate themselves. A biometric cannot be stolen, lost or borrowed.
